Description
An Information Technology (IT) Intern supports the IT team in maintaining and improving systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with various technology-related projects. This role provides hands-on experience in IT operations, allowing interns to develop technical skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support IT staff in system updates, installations, and configurations.
- Help maintain IT documentation, including manuals and system logs.
- Conduct testing and debugging of software or applications.
- Assist in cybersecurity efforts by monitoring systems for security threats.
