Description
Client Services represent the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses’ products and services. They manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person, maintain client records, and address client complaints. Their duties also include providing clients with technical product information and general assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in client development and retention programs.
- Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.
- Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.
- Identify new business opportunities with client contacts.
- Analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions.
- Develop process improvements to achieve service goals.
- Maintain a database of current and prospective client information.
- Organize regular client meetings and teleconferences to strengthen client relationships.
- Obtain client feedbacks and make recommendations to meet or exceed client needs.
- Log and track all customer calls.
- Generate client service reports for management.
- Develop best practices to improve service quality and productivity.
- Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date about company products and services.
- And any other task assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Client Services or a similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Friendly and welcoming attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
- Extensive knowledge of the company’s policies, procedures, goods and services
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
- Strong command of written and verbal English.
- Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
- Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and recordkeeping skills.
