Client Onboarding Partner

Description

The Onboarding Partner is responsible for leading a successful implementation of empleyado system. They initiate the project, identifying the key stakeholders and setting their expectations, designs implementation plan, manages project timelines, communicate project status and closes all phases of implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify project representatives to ensure proper delegation of tasks and reporting structures.
  • Identify project perspectives to ensure proper delegation and tasks and reporting structures.
  • Ensure project tasks delivered per project timeline.
  • Consistently provide progress meetings to discuss project status, present updated implementation plans, review issues and customizations.
  • Convince clients to be in compliance with at least the minimum requirement of the law by explaining the situational relevance and benefits.
  • Manage gaps with client policies and procedures including the development of implementation approach.
  • Respond to inquiries or clarifications regarding requirements, systems, processes or policies.
  • Build effective work relationship among key projects stakeholders, internal and external parties.
  • Regularly share knowledge or recommend inputs on new policies, processes and practices with the team to enhance implementation engagements.
  • Responsible facilitating a smooth turnover of completed projects to Customer Service.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and other reports that the management may require in relation to onboarding activities.
  • Work Closely and maintain collaborative relationship with other departments and unit.
  • And any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in Project Management and implementing software. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior related experience is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, analytical and keen to details.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and strongly lead people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Being able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with a group of individuals in a room and in a public environment.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team.
  • Fast learner who can easily grasp of implementing rules, guidelines and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in WBS/Project Management.
